IMPORTANT NEWS
Tecflo introduced our own brand Cartridge and Collet fixings in January 2018. These fittings have been used 100% successfully with 850,000 fitted to our range of equipment. During this time we have had NO KNOWN failures. We are so confident in the performance of this equipment and the fittings, that we have implemented a LIFETIME WARRANTY on these collets and cartridges.
Should a piece of equipment fail as a result of a faulty collet or cartridge, TECFLO will:-
a) Replace the equipment.
b) Cover all revenue labour costs in replacing the equipment.
c) Cover any product loss costs.
d) Retrospectively apply this warranty to all equipment supplied to our customers from 1st January 2018.
